Wancheng bentonite
Heishan Wancheng Bentonite Co., Ltd. was founded in the 1950s (formerly known as Heishan Bentonite Mine) and is located in the Bentonite Deep Processing Industrial Park, three kilometers east of Heishan County, Liaoning Province. It is adjacent to National Highway 102 and Xiaoxiao Provincial Highway and is a bentonite mining enterprise that integrates bentonite mining, research and development, and sales. The mine has been inspected by the national geological team, and the upper layer is composed of calcium based bentonite, the middle layer is composed of calcium sodium based bentonite, and the lower layer is composed of natural sodium based bentonite. The deposit has a simple geological structure, stable quality, and superior quality, with a proven recoverable bentonite reserve of six million tons. Our main products include cat litter bentonite, drilling mud clay, ceramic clay ore, ceramic clay, permeable brick ceramic ball clay, bentonite cat litter brand, composite fertilizer special bentonite, engineering shield tunneling ball bentonite, etc.
Since its establishment, the company has gradually expanded its production scale, with 150 employees and an annual sales volume of 180000 tons. Cat litter products have established long-term technical exchanges with Japanese companies, introduced advanced Japanese production lines, and independently developed 9 bentonite cat litter series. The products are exported to more than 10 countries including Japan, South Korea, and Europe.
Bentonite products have cooperated with research institutes of Zhejiang University of Technology and other universities to produce 15 varieties of organic and inorganic gel, cast bentonite, slurry bentonite, salt resistant slurry soil, trenchless, pipe jacking bentonite and other bentonite series.
The organic and inorganic gel developed and produced by the company are more widely used in many environmental protection fields, such as cosmetics additives, detergent additives, coating additives, grease additives, rubber additives, paints, papermaking additives, water purification, etc. Salt resistant mud, mud bentonite, which meet the American API standards and OCMA standards, have been widely used in Shenyang Metro, Daqing Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield, China Petroleum Pipeline Crossing Company, and the independently developed metallurgical pellet binder has been applied in Benxi Iron and Steel Group and Anshan Iron and Steel Group.
The future Wancheng Bentonite Co., Ltd. in Heishan County will focus on the construction of green and environmentally friendly mines, increase investment in deep processing and technology research and development of bentonite, make rational use of bentonite resources, and mainly sell high-end bentonite products to achieve the value of bentonite.
