Wancheng bentonite
Heishan County Wancheng Bentonite Co., Ltd. was founded in the 1950 s (formerly Heishan County Bentonite Mine). It is located in the three kilometers east of Heishan County, Liaoning Province, bentonite deep processing industrial park, adjacent to 102 National Highway and small provincial highway. It is a large-scale domestic bentonite mining enterprise integrating bentonite mining, research and development and sales. The mine was inspected by the national geological team. The upper layer is calcium-based bentonite, the middle layer is calcium-sodium-based bentonite, and the lower layer is natural sodium-based bentonite. The address of the deposit is simple in structure, stable in quality and high in quality. The proven reserves of mineable bentonite are 80 million tons. Our main products are cat sand bentonite, drilling mud soil, ceramic soil raw ore, ceramic soil, permeable brick ceramic soil, bentonite cat sand brand, compound fertilizer special bentonite, engineering shield group bentonite, etc.
Since its establishment, the production scale has gradually expanded, with 150 employees and an annual sales volume of 180000 tons. Cat litter products have established long-term technical exchanges with Japan Co., Ltd., introduced advanced Japanese process lines, and independently developed 9 bentonite cat litter series. The products are exported to more than 10 countries such as Japan, South Korea and Europe.
Bentonite products in cooperation with Zhejiang University of Technology and other institutions, the production of organic, inorganic gel, casting bentonite, mud bentonite, salt-resistant mud soil, trenchless, pipe-jacking bentonite series of 15 varieties.
The organic and inorganic gels developed and produced by the company are widely used in many environmental protection fields, such as cosmetics auxiliaries, detergent auxiliaries, coating auxiliaries, grease auxiliaries, rubber auxiliaries, paints, paper-making auxiliaries, water purification and so on. Salt-resistant mud, mud bentonite meet American API standards and OCMA standards, and have been widely used in Shenyang Metro, Daqing Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield and PetroChina Pipeline Crossing Company, the self-developed metallurgical pellet binder is applied in Benxi Iron and Steel Group and Anshan Iron and Steel Group.
